The author is concerned about the overseas gear machine tool exhibitors mainly have Klingberg, Switzerland Leshauer, Germany Liebherr, Germany Kappa, Germany DVS-PITTLER, Emag, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Kaxi Fuji, HAMAI, Korea ISNT, etc., exhibited 3 gear hobbing machines, 1 gear machine and 4 gear grinding machines.

The domestic gear machine tool exhibitors are mainly Qinchuan machine tool, Chongqing machine tool, Nanjing second machine, Zhongda Chuangyuan, Tianjin first machine, Changmachine technology, Ningjiang machine machine, Nanjing University of Technology and other gear processing machine tool manufacturing enterprises, noticed that there are Nanjing Kangni Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. and Zhongshan Mailet intelligent equipment Co., LTD. The author counts 38 products on display, including 13 gear hobbing machines, 9 cylindrical gear grinding machines, 4 gear turning machines, 4 gear shaper machines, 1 gear honing machine, 3 bevel gear milling machines, 1 straight gear planing machine, 1 spiral bevel gear grinding machine and 2 gear chamfering machines.

Ii. Introduction of some new products

1. Qinchuan Machine Tool Group Co., LTD

Presented at CIMT2021 with three new gear machine products: YK3126 intelligent CNC gear hobbing machine, YKZ7250 CNC worm grinding wheel gear grinding machine and YK4615 strong gear honing machine.

(1)YK3126 intelligent CNC hobbing machine

Using dry cutting mode, suitable for car, precision reducer and other industries of gear efficient precision machining.

Main features of machine tool:

Integrated health status assessment, dynamic profile error compensation, thermal error compensation, intelligent surface processing, broken tool detection, tool life management, remote operation and monitoring and a series of intelligent functions in one.

It can complete the hobbing of gear and worm gear, and realize a variety of tooth cutting: such as straight cutting, helical cutting, drum cutting, conical cutting, K-type cutting, double tooth cutting, rectangular spline cutting, radial hobbing worm gear, tangential hobbing worm gear, etc., hobbing double gear with different modulus and pressure Angle. GE15FR high precision hobbing machine: 7 axes 4 linkage, maximum workpiece diameter Φ150mm, maximum modulus 2.5mm, maximum spindle speed 6000r/min. The hob spindle and workpiece shaft are directly driven and the radial shaft (X-axis) is closed loop controlled. Wet cutting processing, hydraulic oil, coolant output through the oil cooling machine, equipped with silo, oil mist separator, external tool adjusting device, automatic loading and unloading. Can be used for robot precision reducer gear processing, processing accuracy can reach ISO3 level.

5. Liebherr Gear Technology LTD

LGG180/LGG280 new worm forming gear grinding machine: suitable for machining diameter Φ180/280mm gear processing, the maximum workpiece length can be 650mm, suitable for worm grinding and forming gear grinding, standard with an external grinding head, can expand an internal grinding head, for the workpiece with contour interference can be applied to smaller diameter worm grinding wheel. From some of the exhibits of gear processing machine tools at CIMT2021 exhibition, it is analyzed that such machine tools mainly show the following technical characteristics:

1. High speed

2. High precision
