Working principle

The pressing technology from Japan completely replaces the traditional double steps of drying and pressing. The machined loose chips with a large amount of coolant are compressed into blocks by this pressing machine in one step, and at the same time, the contained coolant is recycled and reused. The problem of environmental pollution caused by the pile of loose debris containing coolant is greatly eliminated.

The fuel consumption is significantly reduced when the block is melted back, and the yield is higher when the block is melted back compared to the loose chips.
